We’ve gone Bluebell-mad this week ! On Sunday this family had a family photoshoot with Worthy Photography as they ventured out into the woods behind their house.
We ran around in the bluebells, played hunt the big stick, played on a rubber tyre swing, hid in a den made of branches, played spying games behind a wall of branches, ran through the reeds, and climbed trees.
And all the while, I was snapping away taking pictures of this fun-loving family as they did what they did best, play together!
This photoshoot was a gift for our fun-loving mum’s birthday. Her sister had set Worthy Photography up to do a family photoshoot for them, knowing that time flies too fast and before you know it, your children have grown up and flown the nest.
We had a wonderful morning in the bluebell woods in Otterbourne. We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we enjoying taking them!

The Woods, known locally as Sparrowgrove Woods, are well used by residents who live nearby. The ancient woodland features oak, ash, maple and wet valley alders. Some of these tress are believed to date back to 1800. The woods are managed by a hardy bunch of volunteers, the Sparrowgrove and Oakwood Copse Conservation Trust
