On Saturday I had the great pleasure of meeting up with the Gregory family at The Lavender Fields. Mum Naomi had suggested it, and wow, what a great idea! The Lavender Fields are right in the heart of Hampshire, at Hartley Park Farm. You can visit the fields, go on an open day tour, or visit the shop. There is a big field with rows and rows of different kinds of Lavender. The Lavender is ‘in bloom’ in July and early August, so get down there quick before it disappears!
We have had bluebells, oil seed rape fields, long grass and roses – but now we have lavender – our new favourite!!
